As part of Maths Week, children in Rang a 3 undertook surveys in the village to track the different types of vehicles that passed over a ten minute period. We found that jeeps/SUVs were the most common type, followed by cars and then vans. We also surveyed the different car colours that passed through Drimoleague. Grey/silver was the most common followed by black.
Back in the classroom, we discussed our surveys and then worked together to create some bar charts for our Maths Week display board to show our results.
