All schools in Ireland are required to engage with School Self-Evaluation. In effect, this means that over the course of a year, school staff will choose a focus area for improvement in the school. A plan is devised and a whole school approach is taken to the various steps agreed on by staff. This is known as our School Improvement Plan.
