Sponsored Walk

On Thursday of our ‘Active Week’ all pupils took part in a sponsored walk. We were lucky that the rain stayed away and everyone has a great time. We took a break at the ‘Stepping Stones’ to enjoy a well earned sweet treat. Thank you to everyone who supported our walk, we had a fantastic response and it is greatly appreciated.

Hedgerow Walk – Green Schools

A big thank you to Catherine from Green Schools for returning to our school during May to take our pupils on a walk in the local area to observe trees and plants growing in our hedgerows. Some of the plants we observed were the Hawthorn, dandelions, fuchsia and holly trees. It was a lovely way to spend the morning and we all learned something new about our local hedgerows
